★★ WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY ★★

Our home is one of the few in the entire Lake Norman area with an onsite wheelchair lift. This gives the guest the ability to stay and enjoy both floors of the home and take advantage of everything the home offers.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire home and outdoor area.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

✹ Wi-Fi/INTERNET: We offer free, high-speed internet on the property.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack & Play, crib (primary bedroom) and a high chair.

✹ DOCK: Our private dock is excellent for those that love the water! For boaters, we do want to make sure you know ahead of time that (a) there isn't any electricity on the dock, (b) the dock has cleats to tie your boat, and (c) the water is deep but can vary based on the lake water level.

✹ WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY: A wheelchair lift is available for guests upon request and is included in the rental. It is located at the backside of the home connecting to the deck.

✹ DOGS: Up to two dogs are permitted with a $200 pet fee. Each dog must weigh less than 50 lbs. We do not accept cats (we are very allergic to cats!)

✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please note that we do require signature of our rental agreement/liability waiver within 48 hours after booking.

✹ TWO PAYMENTS: In order to ease the process of securing our stay, we will divide up you purchase into two payments. 40% will be charged immediately and 60% will be charged 30 days prior to check-in. Both charges will be from LKNITEASY.RENTALHOME. If your booking date is within 30 days of check-in, you will see two charges made immediately which will add up to the total reservation amount (it is not an error).

✹ ID VERIFICATION: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

✹ CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel the booking and are entitled to a refund, the refund will be reduced by 4% as we have to pay the processing fees regardless.

We have three (3) exterior security cameras. One Ring doorbell facing the driveway, one door camera on the lower back door, and one camera off the top of the porch pointed towards the dock. All cameras are hardwired and always on.
