We recently stayed at this charming lake house and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. Great, quiet location with easy access to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. We were a party of 8 ranging in age from 23-64. The house perfectly met our needs in terms of space, layout, bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is efficient and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Very clean! We loved the lake view from the outdoor, covered patio and enjoyed spending time on the Adirondack dock chairs. The kayaks were in good shape and fun to take out on the lake. Our sons loved the pinball machine--it was a big hit and made for some exciting competition. Overall, a great place to spend a week vacation with family. We'll be back!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location (we saw a ton of deer🥰). Dan and Sara did not oversell the exceptionalness of this property. They have truly thought of everything, right down to the popcorn in the game room. Can’t wait to go back! ❤️🔥

Awesome place for a family gathering. The house is in a perfect location, amazing views and lots of fun things to do around the house. We loved staying here and if we ever needed a larger house in the area, we would return back!

Great place for a family getaway! Pretty much spent all our time out on the covered dock, in the water or outside on the covered porch. Quiet and peaceful property. Mornings spent on the deck reading or taking out the kayaks. Family enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Nice fire pit area w/ lots of comfortable seating. Lots to enjoy!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for a great Lake Norman getaway. The amenities were wonderful, and the beautiful lake view from the deck was one of our favorite parts. We also loved the dock and spent so much time enjoying the water. We had such a great trip and would definitely stay here again!

Family of 4, we had an amazing week long summer holiday at this gorgeous property. Great location right on the lake but just a drive away from amenities and food. In-house facilities kept us entertained - kayaking, swimming in the lake, basement den with games, bbq. Fully fitted kitchen and laundry area. The architectural beauty of this log house is on another level! Loved the quality of finishings and well laid out rooms and the most comfortable beds and quiet rooms for a good nights’ rest. Host was easy to deal with and kept checking in to make sure we were fine. I highly recommend this property and am already planning when to come back with more friends and family!

This was hands-down the best vacation rental experience we’ve had. The house was immaculately clean, and it was stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel like we were staying at a luxury resort. The hosts were incredibly responsive, even answering questions that had nothing to do with the property itself. We’ll definitely be back!
